VS.Net Debugger do not want to start anymore

In this article, I wrote about the problem I had in the past with the VS.Net Debugger. Almost always because of the output and the symbols files.
In this article, I want to inform about another behavior I got last month. The debugger did not want to start anymore. But, not at all. I was not in relaease mode, the files were all properly compiled and present where it needs to be.
