Error while trying to run project: unable to start debugging on the web server, you do not have the permission to debug the server"

There are currently plenty of information available on the Internet about this error. But… I found an undocumented way to get the problem.

In Internet Explorer, if you modified you Internet Settings to be asked for credentials each time you open the window, you’ll run into this problem.

I thought I would save to have to manually hook on the process to Debug with another user account but it is not possible this way ;-)
