Create a new Web Part Page

This article is for me a reminder. Don’t know why but I often forget where to go to for this task.

There are 3 places to perform this task:

1.In FrontPage -> File -> New -> More Pages Templates -> Web Part Pages -> Select the design you want and save to an appropriate DocLib.

2.From Portal Server -> Manage Content -> Create -> Web Pages Section, web Part Page.

3. From a WSS Site -> Documents and Lists -> Create -> Web Part Pages -> Again, save in the appropriate doclib.

I usually create a DocLib that do not appears on the left nav bar to store thoses pages.
