Create a new MS Access DB, than create a link table to grab the Oracle destination table. Than select the rows form the excel sheet and paste them into the linked destination table. Rows must fit destination fields…

Than open the linked table and paste the rows.

NOTE: NEVER create a link table to grab the Excel sheet. If you than try to select from the linked excel to insert in the linked Oracle, you will have problem with cells containg formulas…
Better cut and paste form the excel sheet directly…
